A LIFETIME DEDICATED TO BASEBALL.
For more than 26 years, I have dedicated my life to baseball as a varsity head coach, player, mentor, and lifelong student of the sport.
My journey has been shaped by a love for the game, championship-level competition, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As a player, I was fortunate to be part of a high school state championship team and compete at a high level in American Legion baseball and the Albany Twilight League.
Along the way, I earned two American Legion State Championships, multiple Albany Twilight League championships, and numerous individual honors. In 2000, I was named Brockport Player of the Year—a distinction that remains a meaningful milestone in my baseball career.
These experiences helped shape not only the player I became, but also the coach and mentor I strive to be today.

MORE THAN WINS & LOSSES.
For more than 26 years as a varsity head baseball coach, my focus has been on far more than winning games.
My mission has always been to develop confident, disciplined, and accountable young men who understand that success is built through preparation, consistency, teamwork, and the courage to compete.
I believe that the lessons learned through baseball extend far beyond the field. Every practice, every challenge, and every opportunity to compete helps shape the character of an athlete.
As a coach, I strive to create an environment where players are challenged to improve, encouraged to support their teammates, and inspired to hold themselves to a higher standard.
Success isn't measured only by championships. It's measured by the people we become along the way.
DISCIPLINE • TEAMWORK • ACCOUNTABILITY
BUILDING PLAYERS. DEVELOPING LEADERS.
In 2019, I was honored to be named Coach of the Year. While I am grateful for that recognition, the accomplishments I value most aren't found in trophies or statistics.
They're reflected in the players who have come through my programs.
The athletes who learned to overcome adversity, trust their teammates, compete with purpose, and carry those lessons into every area of life.
Baseball has given me championships, individual honors, lifelong relationships, and countless memories. More importantly, it has given me the opportunity to serve others through a sport that has shaped who I am.
After more than two decades in the dugout, I remain proudest of the players I have helped develop and the teams we have built together.
I build character, develop leaders, and prepare young men to succeed long after they leave the field.
